This policy explains how appointments are confirmed, how payments work and what to do if you need to change or cancel a booking.

All bookings successfully submitted through our online booking system are automatically confirmed. Customers do not need to wait for additional approval from our team.
Please ensure the vehicle details, selected service, appointment date and contact information are correct before submitting your booking.
No Booking Deposit
We do not charge a booking deposit.
Customers can secure an available appointment through our online booking system without making an advance payment.
Payment at Our Premises
Payment is made at Hillside Hand Car Wash, either before or after the service, as arranged with our team.
The price shown during booking is an estimate based on your selected vehicle and service. Any additional work or changes to the quoted price will be discussed before proceeding.
Cancelling a Booking
If you cannot attend your appointment, please call 0476 107 000 to cancel.
Online cancellation is not currently available.
We appreciate customers contacting us as early as possible if their plans change.
Rescheduling an Appointment
To request a different appointment date or time, please contact us by phone.
Our team will assist you with rescheduling, subject to availability.
Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection
Customers must arrange their own vehicle drop-off and collection during our published business hours.
We do not provide vehicle pick-up, delivery or storage services.
Please make arrangements to collect your vehicle once your service is complete.
Changes Made by Hillside Hand Car Wash
In the event that we need to change or cancel an appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible using the booking information provided.
We will discuss suitable alternative arrangements where available.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Where services do not meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to remedies depending on the circumstances.
